This has to be something rich people buy. I believe its over eight thousand for one of their pirate playhouses. I rather learn how to build this and it probably would not cost me and arm and a leg. When your child grows out of it what do you do with it sell it at a garage sale? You would never get half that. Ebay? Craigslist?? I think I would have a pirate themed room and never get rid of it. poverty sucks... =(
